Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the store during your shift, including staffing, cost and inventory control, cash handling, and food management. Set high standards for customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness while adhering to all policies and procedures. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and deliver products to customers using a valid driver's license and insured vehicle. Maintain strict attendance and punctuality while working 8- or 10-hour shifts with weekend availability. You must be 18 years of age or older with at least one year of leadership or restaurant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make the correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying the product
- Ability to direct activities
