Job Summary
Manage store operations by performing duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including greeting customers, taking orders, operating cash registers, and delivering products safely. Lead a staff of 3 to 30 employees during your shift while maintaining cleanliness, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with recipes and grooming standards. Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers in a courteous manner and maintain a professional appearance. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and experience leading a team. Full training provided with opportunities for internal promotion within this 11-store franchise in Chicago.
