Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Distribution Center (Digital & Solution) leads daily DC operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control, order fulfilment), drives digital transformation and data analytics to optimize warehouse performance, develops dashboards/reports (Excel advanced, Power BI/Tableau), and partners with IT, finance, and commercial teams to implement new systems and process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma. Responsibilities include KPI monitoring (productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, cost efficiency), coordinating with transportation and suppliers, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to management. Requires 5+ years in warehouse/DC/logistics, a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field, and strong data analysis skills including Excel, BI tools, and familiarity with WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse/DC operations or logistics
- Experience in digitalization or system implementation projects is a strong advantage
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA preferred)
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
- Knowledge of automation tools (RPA, scripting, or low-code platforms) is a plus
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL) is desirable
