Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a retail thrift store with a small employed staff and large volunteer base; lead onboarding and training for new team members; coordinate volunteer and staff scheduling; source donations; collaborate on strategic initiatives, loyalty programs, promotions, and budgeting to achieve revenue and net income goals; communicate the organization’s mission to customers and donors; cultivate community relationships to increase donations and store visibility; ensure high standards of customer service, merchandising, and store performance; require strong leadership, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years retail/leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience with POS and retail software
- Microsoft Office proficiency
