Job Summary
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure proper food preparation while managing inventory and cost control. Supervise and train team members to deliver excellent guest service, address complaints, and meet daily operational goals. Lead staff in recruiting, onboarding, and developing skills, while serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams. Solve problems on the go and maintain a positive work environment through active engagement with customers and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, counter height to shoulder height, across the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
- Experience teaching and training staff preferred
- Strong personal and professional integrity
- Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment
- Passion to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to solve problems on the go
- Passion for hospitality and interacting with guests
- Sense to be 'hands on' when needed
