Job Summary
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure proper food preparation while managing inventory and cost control to maximize profitability. Supervise and train team members, recruit new staff, and lead daily operations to meet Applebee's, IHOP, and Fuzzy's standards. Address guest complaints, provide timely service, and engage customers to ensure positive dining experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and internal teams while solving problems on the go. Requires 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, counter height to shoulder height, across the restaurant

- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
- Experience teaching and training staff preferred
