Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring proper food preparation while managing inventory and cost control to maximize profitability. Supervise and train team members to deliver excellent guest experiences, address complaints promptly, and meet daily service standards. Lead staff in achieving goals, manage schedules, and recruit new employees to support growth across Applebee's, IHOP, and Fuzzy's locations. Requires 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining, strong training skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Based in Pasadena, California, this role contributes to Dine Brands' network of over 3,500 restaurants across 20 international markets.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, counter height to shoulder height, across the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
- Experience teaching and training staff preferred
- Strong personal and professional integrity
