Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety protocols, and managing inventory to maximize profitability. Supervise and train staff, handle guest complaints, and lead teams to meet service standards and daily goals. Recruit, onboard, and develop employees while acting as the primary contact for vendors and internal teams. Requires 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining, strong training skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Salary range $42,000-$55,000 with quarterly bonuses. Based in Pasadena, California.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, counter height to shoulder height, across the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
- Experience teaching and training staff preferred
