Job Summary
Lead and drive content excellence across dksh.com, LabShop, microsites and related product information platforms. Own and improve content standards, workflows and governance for 300,000+ products to ensure content is accurate, complete, consistent, customer-focused, scalable, and aligned with brand and business goals. Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, business development, product managers, suppliers, IT and local market teams to strengthen digital customer experience and support lead generation and digital sales growth. Explore and adopt AI-enabled tools to improve content creation, translation, optimization and quality review at scale, while ensuring proper human review and brand alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, eCommerce or related discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in digital content management, eCommerce content management, or related field
- Hands-on experience with CMS, PIM, eCommerce platforms, product databases or similar
- Understanding of SEO, UX, content structure, and customer-focused writing
- Experience managing product or B2B eCommerce content is an advantage
- Experience working in regional or matrix organizations preferred
