Assistant Manager

Manage restaurant operations in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Restaurant Manager. Recruit, select, train, and develop restaurant employees. Ensure guests receive excellent customer service by managing daily activities and using management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance. Serve as a role model for other employees while demonstrating strong awareness of food quality and safety. Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities. Work a flexible schedule. Must be at least 18 years of age with 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the food service industry.
