Job Summary
Lead HR digitalization initiatives by implementing technology-driven solutions, coordinating with IT vendors, and optimizing HRMS dashboards. Manage HR databases ensuring data integrity, develop MIS reports on attrition and headcount, and provide actionable insights for workforce planning. Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, source candidates, and track hiring metrics while supporting annual manpower planning and budgeting exercises. Collaborate with business leaders, finance, and IT to align HR needs with organizational goals and present strategic reviews to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in HR with exposure to analytics and recruitment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in HRMS / digital tools implementation is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools
- Knowledge of HRMS systems and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
