Assistant Manager

Supervise restaurant employees to ensure they perform job responsibilities and achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during shifts. Receive direction from the Restaurant Manager and Co-Manager, then motivate, direct, and coach staff to work proficiently at assigned stations while following up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to Little Caesars procedures. Utilize cost-control tools and processes to ensure food, paper, and labor goals are met, providing adult supervision to employees under 18 years old. Prepare each shift to meet customer needs and diligently ensure service and product satisfaction. This role supports the global family-owned pizza chain's foundation of family and fun across 50 U.S. states and 26 countries.
