Job Summary
Assist in leading daily restaurant operations and supervising teammates to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality service. Responsibilities include organizing shift schedules, delegating duties based on team skills, training new and current team members, performing operations walks and Q&A checks, greeting guests, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness and sanitary standards, handling guest concerns professionally, monitoring performance to meet guest satisfaction, balancing cash drawers, and supporting the Assistant General Manager and General Manager with daily routines. Must be capable of standing for long periods, working nights/weekends/holidays, and communicating effectively with staff; require 18+ years old, English fluency, and certification as Shift Leader per DHC Training Program.
Required Qualifications
- Certified in all stations as a Shift Leader following the DHC Training Program
- Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator with co-workers and the Restaurant Management Team
- Positive attitude while conducting any and all duties
- Must have reliable transportation to work, a driver’s license and proof of insurance
