Job Summary
The Assistant Manager for Data Engineering Support is responsible for maintaining and monitoring data pipelines in the Group Application Data Platform, ensuring operational stability, and adhering to SLAs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues in staging, orchestration, and transformation processes, monitoring ADF and Databricks pipelines, implementing enhancements to existing data pipelines, and ensuring optimized performance for high availability. The candidate is expected to support critical reporting cycles and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks
- Knowledge of data reporting tools such as Power BI and Alteryx
- Ability to troubleshoot data pipeline issues
- Experience in monitoring data pipelines
