Assistant Manager, Data Analytics - Deliveries Strategy (Marketplace)

Job Summary
Develop quality and engagement strategies to increase delivery-partner supply, productivity, efficiency, and engagement for Deliveries; provide analytical decision support and rigorous, data-driven recommendations; report to the Marketplace Senior Manager (Deliveries); based onsite at Exquadra Tower office in Pasig City; collaborate with multiple teams to support goals and projects for GrabFood, GrabExpress, and GrabMart; require a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience across management/strategy, product/vertical management, or startups; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL, Python a plus; capable of driving cross-functional projects and translating data into actionable business decisions; familiarity with delivery ecosystem, eCommerce, and performance analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 4+ years of experience in management/strategic consulting, telecommunications (product/vertical management), marketing, booking apps, online payments/e-wallets, F&B/QSR, eCommerce or startups preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of Python a plus
- Ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
