Job Summary
Assistant Manager at a Dairy Queen (DQ) franchise in Milaca, MN. Responsible for managing the entire operation during scheduled shifts, training shift leads and crew, controlling inventory and cash, and executing the restaurant’s business plan under the guidance of the GM. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- ServSafe® certifiable
- Minimum 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage inventory and labor
- Experience with COGS and P&L understanding
- Ability to train and coach staff
