Assistant Manager D'Angelo

Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives and ensure guest satisfaction. Lead daily operations by coaching your team, managing staffing and inventory, and working at any station when necessary. As Manager on Duty, ensure the highest level of hospitality is provided while maintaining compliance with food standards, safety protocols, and labor cost controls. Escalate disciplinary issues to leadership and foster a fun, productive, and respectful environment. Requires at least one year of restaurant or retail leadership experience with day and night availability.
