Assistant Manager and Customer Experience Lead responsible for delivering a memorable in-store shopping experience, acting as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes, developing and training the sales team on customer service, product knowledge and trends, monitoring sales targets, handling price changes and store operations, and opening/closing duties. Requires passion for fashion, strong customer-service skills, prior team leadership or sales training experience, and a commitment to career development within a Canadian Laura Canada retail environment.
