Assist Customer Assistance Manager in all facets of bank operations; supervise day-to-day office operations; provide back-up support in the absence of the Customer Assistance Manager; coach and develop employees; coordinate schedules; understand and refer bank products/services; ensure compliance and security procedures; deliver in-depth customer service for eBanking; handle customer inquiries and problem resolution; strong computer skills (Microsoft 365, WebEx); full-time position in Pulaski, VA.
