Assistant Manager

Manage the new Inver Grove Heights Culver's restaurant opening by working directly with the Owner/Operator team to build a "True Blue" community from the ground up. Conduct immediate training at current locations to develop leadership skills before the grand opening. Serve customers in a friendly environment while standing or walking constantly and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Work flexible hours around personal commitments, with closed holidays including Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. Earn $17.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience, with bi-annual reviews incentivizing hard work and coachability.
