Job Summary
Lead shifts to ensure quality product, prompt guest service, and adherence to speed targets for in-house and drive-thru orders. Recruit, hire, and terminate team members while preparing schedules and deployment sheets based on forecasts and labor budgets. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance appraisals to maintain a high-performance team aligned with Culver's mission. Monitor food safety, inventory, and equipment maintenance, and conduct daily restaurant tours to uphold cleanliness and hospitality standards. Assist the general manager with team meetings, sales growth, and profit improvement initiatives. Review operational reports to optimize waste and labor efficiency.
