Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, and manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Conduct training for non-management staff, build visual displays, and perform inventory control while operating register and omnichannel order systems. Analyze reporting to inform business decisions, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales results through best-in-class customer service.
