Job Summary
Assistant Manager role overseeing store operations with the General Manager, focusing on customer service excellence, sanitation, inventory management, and process improvements. Responsible for relaying information to customers, peers, and superiors; organizing for optimal service; maintaining a clean food prep environment; contributing to strategic planning and decision-making; and leading teams to support guest experience. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, food service experience, and preferably ServSafe certification.
