Job Summary
Assistant Manager role to work with the General Manager and restaurant team to ensure smooth operation of CRG concepts. Responsibilities include collaborating on daily operations, planning, and decision-making; supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams; recruiting, training, and developing staff; monitoring performance and providing coaching; delivering exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns; maintaining a welcoming atmosphere; assisting with scheduling, inventory management, quality control, health and sanitation compliance; supporting budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization; promoting teamwork and implementing company policies; stepping in as acting General Manager when needed. Required skills include strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities, understanding of food and beverage operations and service standards, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.
