Assistant Manager

Assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to store sales, KPIs, and measured success while recruiting, retaining, and developing the team. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights customers by providing accurate product information, features, benefits, and stock availability. Promote multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and process sales transactions with care in line with company guidelines. Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while providing an inviting atmosphere. Work 37.5 hours per week full time.
