Assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to store sales, KPIs, and measured success areas while recruiting, retaining, and developing the team. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights customers. Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product, providing accurate information on features, benefits, and stock availability, and promoting multi-channel shopping options. Process sales transactions with care in line with company guidelines while providing an inviting atmosphere. Work 37.5 hours per week in a supportive culture celebrating achievements.
