Job Summary
Lead from the floor in a fast-paced cafe environment and manage daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and guest service. Oversee production, prep, dining, baking, and guest interactions; drive operational excellence and maintain structured onboarding and ongoing training to develop team members. Coach and mentor staff, set clear expectations, and provide consistent feedback while fostering a positive, respectful, and collaborative work culture. Build future leaders through accountability and support; promote work-life balance within a structured schedule and an 45-hour work week with 40 regular hours and 5 overtime hours. Hours are 5 AM–11 PM with no overnight shifts. Requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, reliable transportation, and a commitment to growth and stability in a structured environment. Required Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience (restaurant or production-based preferred)
- Strong, structured leadership style
- Hands-on mentality — you enjoy working alongside your team
- Passion for coaching and mentoring
- Open availability within operating hours (5 AM – 11 PM)
- Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license & vehicle)
- Strong communication skills
- Positive mindset
- Must be at least 18 years of age
