Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Panera, you will support the General Manager in leading the bakery-café to success, manage staffing and development, coach and motivate team members, plan shifts, hire and train new staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will drive high-quality operations, maintain food safety standards, grow sales and profitability, and uphold Panera’s standards of excellence, while fostering a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- 18 years of age or older
