Job Summary
Lead an amazing team and bakery-café to success by supporting your General Manager in managing overall operations, improving the customer experience, and increasing the bottom line. Build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust while coaching, developing, and leading staff through hiring, training, and succession planning. Ensure extraordinary guest experiences by maintaining high-quality food, service, safety, and standards of excellence. Grow sales and maximize profitability by executing café strategies, managing labor, and controlling costs and inventory. Assist your GM in supervising all café staff and celebrating individual and team achievements. Work a 45-50 hour week with flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- You like the fast paced environment of the hospitality industry.
- You can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- You're committed to, and experienced with, health and food safety.
- You have a proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others.
- You have a proven ability to run great shifts.
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to pass a background check.
- You have 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
Desired Qualifications
- You have reliable transportation. (Valid license & insurance is a plus!)
