Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by managing the production line, maintaining quality standards, and jumping in for production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service as needed. Oversee crew performance through structured training, mentorship, and feedback while fostering a high-energy, clean, and positive atmosphere. Ensure smooth execution of corporate-backed procedures to support the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Shifts run 5 AM to 11 PM with a standard 45-hour work week. Requires previous management experience, a driver's license with your own vehicle, and availability across all operating hours.
