Job Summary
Lead an amazing team and bakery-café to success by supporting the General Manager in managing overall operations, improving the customer experience, and increasing the bottom line. Build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust while coaching, developing, and leading staff through hiring, training, and succession planning. Ensure extraordinary guest experiences by maintaining high-quality food, service, and safety standards, and manage team performance to meet café goals. Grow sales and maximize profitability through labor management and execution of company strategies, while adhering to all café systems and processes. Work a 45-50 hour week with flexible hours including nights and weekends, with opportunities to advance to General Manager or the Operating Partner Program.

- You have 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- You have reliable transportation
- Valid license & insurance
