Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by managing the production line, maintaining quality standards, and stepping in for production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service needs. Oversee crew performance through structured training, mentorship, and feedback while fostering a high-energy, clean, and positive atmosphere. Ensure smooth execution of corporate procedures and support team development to drive peak operational efficiency. Shifts run from 5 AM to 11 PM with a standard 40-hour work week. Candidates must have prior management experience, a driver's license, and be at least 18 years old.
