Job Summary
Lead an amazing team and bakery-café by supporting the General Manager in managing overall operations, improving customer experience, and increasing the bottom line. Build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust while coaching, developing, and leading staff through hiring, training, and succession planning. Ensure extraordinary guest experiences by maintaining high-quality food, service, and safety standards, and drive sales growth by executing café strategies and managing associate labor to support profitability. Adhere to company systems and processes to maintain Panera's standards of excellence and ensure a healthy, safe workplace. This role offers 45-50 hours per week with competitive wages, bonus potential, and 8 weeks of paid on-the-job training.

- You have 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- You have reliable transportation
- Valid license & insurance
