Job Summary
Lead an amazing team and bakery-café to success by supporting the General Manager in managing overall operations, improving the customer experience, and increasing the bottom line. Build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust while coaching, developing, and leading staff through hiring, training, and succession planning. Ensure extraordinary guest experiences by maintaining high-quality food, service, and safety standards, and manage team performance to meet café goals and maximize profitability. Plan staffing needs, execute sales strategies, and delegate responsibilities to coaches and associates. Work a 45-50 hour week with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications

- You're committed to, and experienced with, health and food safety.
- You have a proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others.
- You have a proven ability to run great shifts.
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to pass a background check.
- You have 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
Desired Qualifications
- You have reliable transportation. (Valid license & insurance is a plus!)
