Job Summary
Lead an amazing team and bakery-cafe by supporting the General Manager in managing overall operations, improving customer experience, and increasing the bottom line. Build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust while coaching, developing, and leading staff through hiring, training, and succession planning. Ensure extraordinary guest experiences by maintaining high-quality operations, food safety standards, and a healthy workplace. Plan staffing needs, manage labor costs, and execute strategies to grow sales and maximize profitability. Recognize team achievements and motivate associates to meet café goals in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- You enjoy people & have great communication skills.
- You like the fast paced environment of the hospitality industry.
- You can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- You're committed to, and experienced with, health and food safety.
- You have a proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others.
- You have a proven ability to run great shifts.
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to pass a background check.
- You have 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
Desired Qualifications
- You have reliable transportation. (Valid license & insurance is a plus!)
