Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by managing the production line, maintaining quality standards, and jumping in for tasks across production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service. Oversee crew performance through hands-on mentorship, structured training, and feedback while fostering a high-energy, clean, and positive atmosphere. Ensure smooth execution of corporate-backed procedures and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Shifts run from 5 AM to 11 PM with a standard 45-hour work week. We offer performance-based raises, bonuses paid every two months, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and paid vacation after six months.
