Assistant Manager

Lead from the front by managing daily operations, overseeing the production line, and jumping in to assist with production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service. Maintain quality standards, provide structured training and mentorship to younger crew members, and foster a positive, high-energy culture. Follow structured corporate procedures to ensure peak team performance. Shifts run from 5 AM to 11 PM within a standard 45-hour work week. Candidates must have prior management experience, a driver's license, and be at least 18 years old.
