Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Panera, you assist the GM in leading a bakery-café by managing overall operations, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll hire, train, and schedule staff, supervise café operations to meet quality standards, control costs and inventory, grow sales, and execute café strategies. You’ll foster Panera’s culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust while maintaining food safety standards and supporting the GM to drive the café’s success.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- You have reliable transportation. (Valid license & insurance is a plus!)
