Job Summary
Assist Property Manager in leading leasing consultants to achieve occupancy goals, manage resident ledgers and move-in processes, handle lease documents and inspections, support monthly accounting, and drive resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include posting rent, issuing charges, notices and evictions as needed; supporting tours to move-ins; following up with residents to promote retention; addressing service issues promptly; coordinating resident events; training and developing teammates; inspecting the property for cleanliness and readiness; and maintaining relationships with owners through updates and tours. Strong emphasis on sales/closing skills, delinquency management, renewal management, customer service, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and proficiency with property management software.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of Assistant Property Manager experience in multifamily
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
- Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management
