Job Summary
Assistant Manager – Corporate Services leads internal projects, reviews and enhances procedures, and coordinates onboarding for prospective clients while promoting a unified team culture. The role involves liaising with auditors and regulators, monitoring regulatory changes, developing performance metrics, delivering staff training and onboarding programmes, and supporting strategy and business development initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and governance/legislation knowledge are required to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across corporate services operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 - 7 years' experience in the Corporate Services industry, including supervisory and/or managerial responsibilities
- A university degree or equivalent qualification
- In-depth knowledge of Company and Trust legislation, with proven ability to apply this knowledge effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft software packages and willingness to learn company-specific systems
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills, fostering collaboration and efficiency
- Commitment to maintaining high professional ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of the role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Skilled in challenging and debating key issues relevant to the organisation, offering informed insights
- Capable of working independently, prioritising tasks, and delivering quality work within tight deadlines
