Job Summary
The Assistant Manager of Community Services is responsible for the coordination and management of the Adult Day Program, overseeing service delivery, conducting clinical assessments, managing staff performance and recruitment, and ensuring high-quality standards in service provision. This role requires collaboration with health care organizations and stakeholders, along with strong leadership qualities and nursing expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing
- Practicing RN / RPN membership with the British Columbia College of Nurse & Midwives (BCCNM)
- Three (3) years of recent, related clinical experience, including at least one (1) year in a leadership capacity.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is considered a strong asset.
