Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Community Habilitation supports the Community Habilitation Program Manager by ensuring appropriate coverage and staff assignments to maintain a safe environment. Responsibilities include scheduling Community Habilitation Counselors, developing and reviewing staff action plans, and providing on-going support to counselors. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of residential experience, proficiency in OPWDD regulations, and the ability to work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential experience
- NYS Driver's License
- Reliable car to transport individuals served regularly
