Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute communication campaigns and provide advisory to the business team on communication-related issues. Report to the Manager of Communications. Based on-site in the Jakarta office. Execute corporate communication plans with Marketing, Operations, Public Affairs, and external agencies; integrate activities with product launches and promotional campaigns; draft and localize press materials; support issue handling to minimize reputational risks; manage day-to-day press engagement including media monitoring; shape corporate narratives across Grab services including financial products and ecosystem; build relationships with journalists and Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen brand storytelling; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver communications across Indonesian and English language audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in media/public relations and digital communication, both in an agency or in-house
- Experience in corporate and/or financial communications within dynamic stakeholder environments is an advantage
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
- Experience working in a fast-growth company
- Proactive and collaborative team player with a hands-on mindset
- Creative mindset with a drive to explore and push new ideas
