Job Summary
Assist Manager—Commercial Development responsibilities include executing impulse channel plans for key geographies and retailers, acting as the go-to expert for the channel’s category direction, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing. The role involves reporting with multiple systems, enabling PicOS (through 4Ps solutions) across the channel and key customers, providing regular reviews on effectiveness, serving as the single point of contact for Sales and Marketing for the channel of responsibility, driving insights using external data resources such as Nielsen, Dunnhumby, and Kantar, performing promotional evaluation and optimization of discounts at the channel level, delivering an Annual workbook to sales teams, maintaining Channel KPI tracking through MBPC, and ensuring adherence to company principles and policies.
