Job Summary
Lead Voice Operations Functions for Collections, managing client servicing, SLA governance, and reporting to ensure timely achievement with zero revenue shrinkage. Drive developmental initiatives for retention and succession planning while optimizing staffing levels for cost efficiency. Execute operational plans that enhance productivity, profitability, and efficiency across business units. Manage system roll-outs and new product launches without disrupting service delivery. Collaborate with leadership and department AVPs to align operational priorities with company mission. Participate in customer calls and meetings to promote operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- Overall 5 years' experience
- Minimum 2-4-year Experience in AM Team Lead Role (Collection Vertical)
- Advance excel
- Excel based Macros
- MS Excel VLookup
- H Lookup
- Pivot table
- Data Analysis
- Graphical representation of data
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal & External
