Job Summary
Assistant Manager – Employee Accommodation & Transportation at Fairmont Mumbai oversees daily colleague accommodation operations, transport services, safety compliance, and welfare. Responsibilities include conducting rounds of colleague housing, ensuring luxury-service standards, managing inventories and maintenance, performing safety audits and CCTV oversight, ensuring compliance with local norms and brand policies, coordinating engineering/maintenance, preparing occupancy and MIS reports, and managing transportation planning, driver training, and vendor relationships. Strong focus on hospitality standards, governance, and colleague experience; requires 3–5 years in accommodation/facility operations and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in accommodation/facility operations (hospitality preferred)
- Experience with luxury/lifestyle hotel brands is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of transportation planning and vendor management
- Understanding of engineering basics and safety protocols
