Job Summary
Assistant Manager for Client Servicing and on-ground activation management: lead end-to-end brand activations across campus venues, manage logistics and vendor coordination, liaise with clients for updates and deliverables, coordinate multiple external partners (F&B, logistics, creative vendors), plan pre-event and post-event reporting, and adapt quickly to fast-paced environments with strong communication and problem-solving to ensure campaigns run smoothly in Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
- 6–7 years of experience in Client Servicing, Executing campaigns and activations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
