Job Summary
Serve as the key point of contact for clients, attending meetings to understand briefs and translating requirements into actionable deliverables. Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, coordinate with creative, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution, and track timelines and feedback to keep projects on schedule. Build long-term client relationships while supporting account growth through new business initiatives. Conduct research on global event and experiential marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to pitches and brainstorming sessions. Assist in developing compelling pitch decks, event proposals, and flow documents, ensuring all materials are polished, accurate, and aligned with brand requirements. This role sits within a fast-paced agency environment focused on creative ideation and brand engagement experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, experiential marketing, events, advertising, or a related agency environment
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to understand client briefs and convert requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Creative mindset with an interest in events, brand experiences, entertainment, digital trends, and consumer engagement
- Comfortable working with PowerPoint/presentation tools and developing client-facing decks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, design, content, production, and commercial teams
- Proactive approach with strong follow-up and ownership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A solutions-first, curious, and commercially aware mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative
