Job Summary
Lead the retail team and drive daily operations by supporting the Store Manager, supervising staff, and ensuring the store meets performance goals. Manage KPIs, oversee inventory and POS systems, and handle customer service issues while maintaining smooth store flow. Work a flexible 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on leadership role is part of Clarks' 200-year history of innovative shoemaking, offering a comprehensive benefits package including holiday pay and workplace pension.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred
- Comfortable in driving KPI's and results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
