Job Summary
As Assistant Store Manager, support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader. You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating a high-performing team, delivering standout customer experiences and strong KPI results, managing floor operations, stock, visuals and daily processes, coaching casual team members and supporting training, stepping up to run the store when needed, and upholding safety, compliance, and visual excellence. Requirements include previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar), a love for fashion and premium product, confident communication and people leadership, a track record of driving KPIs, strong organization and time-management, and a calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment.
